Summary: Our client is a Foreign Enterprise which is a world leading manufacturer of wheelchair, is seeking an experienced Welding Enginer, to focus on the welding and project team.

Responsibility:
1）Manage the welding team on a day-to day basis.
2）Responsible for training that the employees are trained in TIC and MAG welding and other competences required to meet our customers requirements.
3）Ensure that the welding process and the work flow is carried out efficiently.
4）Participate in purchasing welding equipment.
5）Responsible for that 6s and MBL＆acute；s 10C are carried out currently.
6）Carry through technical trouble shooting with focus on problem solving.
7）Cooperate with our technical team in Denmark and Poland.

Requirement:
1）Graduated with a master or bachelor degree in Welding.
2）Some years of experience from similar jobs, with proven skills as required by MBL.
3）Worked as a Section Leader or similar manager job in former jobs, preferable having worked in work shops to gain practical job experience.
4）Experienced in TIG and MAG welding.
5）Experienced in training of welders.
6） Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
7）Good English skills, or are willing to learn this fast.
