工作概述：
我们的客户是一家由全球500强企业投资成立的外商独资企业，专注于医疗影像产品的加工制造。为了适应公司不断发展的需要，我们迫切需要一名资深的物流采购经理加盟。作为采购经理，您将负责以下工作：
Responsibilities - Commodity Management:
1）Closely working with engineering team and quality team to ensure World-wide & Regional sourcing strategies are implemented in early development stage.
2）Proactively initiate material cost saving opportunity, develop the business case, drive the qualification process and ensure supply chain smooth transition.
3）Proactively provide sourcing support for Film Manufacturing products commercialization projects, source change projects and total cost optimization
4）Managing or directing the management of supplier relationships with focus on productivity; product & service quality; delivery & cycle time; & total delivered cost.
5） Develop and manage contract with key suppliers.
6）Working with the client to provide up-to-date and complete specifications for products / services to be purchased. Issue a clear request for quotations or utilize reverse-auction as a quotation tool. Analyze bids and select suppliers in co-operation with the client.
7）Participating in the client's key management meetings and providing client with inputs on cost, supply, and other business issues early enough to effectively influence sourcing decisions.
8）Ensuring day to day compliance with Purchasing policies, practices and procedures, including the maintenance of an auditable trail of day to day purchasing transactions.
9）Be professional to handle any case that violate Purchasing Policy
10）Submitting necessary reports (e.g. GAR Monthly Operation Review, WATSON and PPT) and participating internal team meetings as required.
11）Proactively collect sourcing needs (new commodity and technology to be adopted) and identify sourcing bottle neck early enough to minimize done deal case
12）Provide constructive input to the team and the purchasing organization to enhance operations and process improvement.
Responsibilities – Project Management:
1） Lead the sourcing activities of Localization and Source Change Projects as per Carestream Product Commercialization Process and Source Change process
2）By utilizing a well organized tracking mechanism to close track key deliverables of cost, quality, lead-time and service meet project objectives
3）Identify supporting resource and get management commitment, e.g. technical and quality resource etc.
4）Be able to solve the problem and conflict at creative and flexible manner
5）Ensure the smooth and close communication with cross-functional team.
Requirements：

- Be able to prioritize multiple tasks and focus on the key to success
2）Technical Background:
- University graduate & with strong technical background in Chemical
- Be able to interpret blue print
- Be able to search industry standard and material datasheet via website and public channel
- Over 4 years sourcing experiences in with the experience in assigned sourcing commodities (e.g. packaging, injection molding and chemicals)
3） Commercial Experience
- Strong Purchasing Policy and Procedure sense
- Adequate financial knowledge to do cost analysis and benchmarking
- Be able to search feedstock info from website and public channel.
- Strong business sense.
- Have strategically and system thinking.
- Leadership skill, and ability of managing a business portfolio, formally develop and negotiate contracts.
- Be professional at supply chain management
- Capable to drive commodity strategy implementation
- Work in a multinational company
- Good PC skills,
4） Language Skill
- Fluent in English in both spoken and written
- Putonghua
